ABOUT EHCA

Vision and Mission of The Emerald Hill Conservation Association (EHCA)

The vision and mission of the Emerald Hill Conservation Association (EHCA) is to represent the interests of the owners and residents within the Emerald Hill Estate (inclusive of Saunders Road) and to maintain it as Singapore’s Premier Historic Residential District, continually upgrading the conditions within the Estate to a level of ‘liveability’ and ‘peaceful existence’ one would expect in such an important district.

Our Logo

The logo of the Emerald Hill Conservation Association is a circle of the fragrant fruit from the nutmeg tree. Emerald Hill's origins as a residential community began as a nutmeg plantation, at a time when the price of Nutmeg was higher than the cost of gold. The circle shape of the logo is symbolic of Emerald Hill being a neighbourhood which embraces its owners, residents and visitors.
